Our large pre-pitched canvas eurotents are an excellent option for an easy camping holiday in a top quality spacious family tent. We provide you with everything required for a very comfortable family camping holiday - all you need to bring is some bedding.

Tent Pitches
We are a tents only campsite enjoying an amazing cliff top position.
We try to create a cool camping atmosphere on the site with a relaxed approach with few rules and signs.
This is an idyllic location with beautiful sandy beaches on your doorstep and amazing Norfolk sunsets over the sea in the evening. Its a great place to enjoy camping in the summer. We hope you enjoy meeting our family who run the site from late June to August bank holiday.

Only our eurotents have an electric supply to the tents but you are welcome to use the electric sockets in The Cabin Cafe and games room so that you can keep you phone charged up and facebook us about what a good time you are having!

Our ethos
Overstrand Campsite is created to reflect what we would have liked when camping with our own family within the natural confines of only being open for two months.
We try to keep rules and signs to a minimum and allow our guests to be themselves.
The few rules we do have are for your own safety and the enjoyment of the campsite by everyone...
- For the well being of children's ears and my wife, we are intollerant of swearing.
- We simply ask each of you to be considerate to your neighbours but should you have a disagreement we will resolve it as best as we can. However, please be aware we do not operate a curfew, lights out policy, no talking in the library policy, don't breath on the grass policy or any other such policy.
- Unfortunately we do not allow gazebos (or any other shelters) or campfires on the campsite purely because we have a lot of people and children on site and we are on a cliff top where the coastal weather can change rapidly. We have taken this decision not because we dislike fires or feel protective about our grass but because of our location and the desire to make sure no one gets hurt.
Season Opening
The campsite is only open from June 29th to August 29th and no, that's not a mistake.
The reason is the the campsite has limited planning permission and the opening times are all we are allowed - we wish it could be different.

Usually very welcome but please call. We also allow youngsters under certain conditions. |
| Arrival / Departure |
from 12 Noon (late arrivals are not a problem). 3pm for pre-erected tents. Departures by 11am and 10.30am for pre erected tents. |
