With fantastic views out to sea and along the coast towards Cromer our tent pitches provide idylic camping for campers only - there are no caravans here.
We have three different tent pitches tariffs based on size, all of which can be booked online.
Camping Pitches
Our tents only campsite enjoys a cool camping atmosphere with people outside enjoying the summer evenings, BBQs and games.On the site we only have 38 camping pitches. Of the three pitch sizes, the smallest pitches along the cliff top enjoy the best view but because they are for small tents only everyone behind doesn't get their view blocked out.
We don’t like having to do this but if your tent is too big, especially too tall, you will not be allowed to pitch it on the small cliff top pitches. If we have a family pitch available you will be offered that as an alternative but on most occasions this will not be possible as the family pitches book up early in the season. If your tent is too big/tall and we do not have a family pitch available then you will be asked to leave the site and you will not receive a refund. Sorry we have been forced to do this but a few people took advantage of our good natures last year and pitched large tents on the small tent pitches upsetting many of the lovely people on the family sized pitches behind them.
The views are amazing and it is only fair that they are enjoyed by as many people as possible not just a few.

What pitch will I get?
Electric hookups?
No. Not for campers pitching their own tents. Our eurotents are equipped with a 6A hook up supply capable of running most things. We do allow campers to charge devices, blow up airbeds, use their straighteners etc in the various sockets in the games room, cabin and washing up area. We also have a freezer available in "The Cabin" for campers to freeze their own freezer blocks, don't forget to put your name on them. A hair dryer is available in the ladies toilets.
Gazeboes, Shelters, Pup Tents
Being coastal, the site can be breezy and for this reason gazebos and shelters are not permitted - even when it is not windy. We do have the Cabin and games rooms open from morning to evening on site should the weather be bad.
Pup tents are charged as a standard tent pitch. If you can fit a pup tent on your pitch, we will charge you for an additional small tent.
Can we have a campfire?
The campsite is strictly a NO CAMPFIRE site.
Although we enjoy a fire ourselves the coastal conditions and popularity of the site makes fires problematic. Please save us the confrontation and don't bring any wood to burn either on the ground or in a BBQ. We are fine with BBQs that burn charcoal or gas providing they are off the ground (we have some blocks available for the disposable BBQS) but please do not convert the BBQ to a fire.
There are some raised and enclosed fire pits on the market but we don't allow these either as a matter of simple policy. So - to be clear - NO CAMPFIRES.
Dog Friendly
Well behaved dogs are welcome on the campsite but please keep them on a lead and clear up after them whilst on the campsite, around the village and on the beach. There are two beach areas accessed from just beside the campsite and one of them is dog friendly the other is not. There are lots of lovely walks in the area and you and your dog will really enjoy the walk along the coastal path into Cromer. The pub in the village is dog friendly as are most of the ones we know of in the area.
Arrival and Departure
For customers pitching their own tent arrival is from 12 noon and check out is by 11 am.
Pre pitched tent customers may check in from 3pm and must check out by 10.30am.
