For a small summer opening campsite we pack in quite a bit but if you are expecting a full on holiday park that's not really what we are about or trying to achieve.
We provide some cool things on the campsite and with the help of your feedback we continue to develop new ideas but we do try to stay clear of providing you with what you have at home such as video games and TV since this was what our founding customers really liked about the place and what we as a camping loving family love getting away from.

The Cabin
This is exactly what it says it is, imaginatively named, it's a large cabin on the campsite. The Cabin building is home to our reception, cafe and pool table.
Feel free to come in and play a game or just enjoy a coffee and somewhere to sit and read a book or chat. We have leaflets and local information available and one of the Campsite team can normally be found in here should you need anything. You are welcome to use the sockets in The Cabin for charging mobile devices.
Cafe
The cafe part is open for cooked meals from 23 July until 27th August, serving hearty breakfasts and evening meals with snacks, cold drinks, tea, coffee, ice creams and much more available during the day.
Our deserts were particularly popular last year.
Pool Table
Enjoy a game of pool on our full size pub pool table.
Shop
We have a few things for sale such as ice creams, sweets and a few camping goods. There is a well stocked general grocers, post office and newsagents in the village and in Cromer you will find nearly everything including a supermarket and Argos for an emergency tent should you forget yours, which happens!
Cycle Hire
Cycles can be hired on the site. With Norfolk's Quiet Lanes network on your doorstep it is a great place for cyclists with some beautiful scenery and it is largely flat (once over the hill behind the campsite). Our cycles come with a pannier bag, safety helmet, repair kit, pump, map holder and map. Just see us onsite and we can sort out your cycle hire on a hourly,daily,short break or weekly basis.
Toilets and Showers
We have separate facilities for ladies and gentlemen on the campsite. They are not the most modern you will find in the country but we pride ourselves on keeping them clean. The toilets and showers are thoroughly cleaned twice a day and checked far more frequently. Each year we make improvements to the site and for 2012 we are hoping to put in a new floor which should greatly improve the facility on top of previous improvements made last year. The showers are free to use. A hairdryer is provided in the Ladies, which is also free to use.
Games Room
Our games room is a pretty simple affair but has a free table tennis table and football table to use. We do charge a nominal deposit for bats and balls to make sure they come back.
Freezer Blocks
In The Cabin is a free to use freezer for re-freezing your ice blocks.
Playground
There is a playground adjacent to the campsite which is not ours but is run by a charity group. It has swings, slide, roundabout, climbing frames and a few other things.
Washing up area
Our washing up room is inside another cabin. There are a couple of sockets in here to charge you phone whilst you do your chores. We also have a washing machine available should you need one.
